RESPONSUM gives you and your users/employees the option to login using a Google account.
Technical Setup
No specific technical setup is required to setup SSO. Your user will be asked to give our RESPONSUM app access to certain information in their profile upon first login and will have to validate their email address:
Making your environment “SSO Only”
Instructions on how to add a normal user through the User Management can be found here. By default any regular user (Power or promoted) is created and credentials to login for the first time are provided to the users inbox. For Guest users, no login is required as they come in with a unique link provided to them via email.
When you want to however enforce all users to come in only with SSO login, reach out to us via support@responsum.eu. We are able to fully convert your environment to SSO Only and make sure users are automatically directed to the login portal of the identity provider (being Google, Microsoft or Okta).
