On the overview pages in RESPONSUM, views and default filters can be set and distributed to all users of our app within your organization.

Pre-requisites to get started

  • Access as power or promoted user towards one or more sub-modules as “Editor” or higher permission level

Fast-track to Brilliance

  • On the overview page you want to create a custom view on press the “Customize view” button
  • A new pop-up opens where you can:
    • Define “Default” filters that are always shown within the view
    • Item properties (and properties of related items) that need to be shown in the view
  • Press the “Save” button (next to the earlier pressed “Customize view” button)
  • Give your new view a name
  • Press the “More actions” (Three dots) button on the new view
  • See that you are allowed to:
    • Duplicate the view
    • Make the view available for everyone (Set as a default view)
    • Move the view to become the first active view
    • Rename the view
    • Delete the view

Step-by-step guidance

Creating a new view

  • On the overview page you want to create a custom view on press the “Customize view” button
  • A new pop-up opens where you can:
    • Define “Default” filters that are always shown within the view
    • Item properties (and properties of related items) that need to be shown in the view
  • Set any sorting and the column width to your liking
  • Press the “Save” button (next to the earlier pressed “Customize view” button)
  • Give your new view a name

Manage your view

  • Press the “More actions” (Three dots) button in the view tab
  • See that you are allowed to:
    • Duplicate the view: Duplicates the view and keeps all properties set
    • Make the view available for everyone (Set as a default view)
    • Move the view to become the first active view
    • Rename the view
    • Delete the view
