Release date: 07/04/2025
We’ve been working on several enhancements to improve your experience! Here’s what’s new:
- New way of adding custom fields and relations (You can find the updated guide here)
- Custom fields and relations can now be managed individually and existing links can be made so they can be used in 2 directions.
- Improved filters and customisable views (You can find a full guide here)
- Allow for multiple views on overview pages of sub-modules
- These views can be “Published” so that they are available for all users within your environment for that sub-module
- Filters can be pinned to a view to always be available to set whenever you need them without having to find and select them first
- Filters can now also go one relation deeper (Ex. On processing activity overview you can now filter on the legal basis name)
- New extended functionality for security governance (Linking/Using multiple standards & Frameworks)
- Standards & Frameworks Tree View updated: You now have a “Controls” view that acts as your Statement of Applicability (SoA) and allows you to take more actions with all or a set of controls (export, merge, archive…)
- Controls have been extended with an additional concept called “Control requirements”. This additional aspect will allow linking controls under different standards/frameworks to be tackled together in a uniform way. Similar controls over standards/frameworks can be coupled to one control requirement.
- Evidence sub-module is now available to link to controls and control requirements for keeping track of checks on the control implementations.
- Business processes can also be defined and linked to controls and control requirements to indicate what processes are in place and who is responsible for them.
- Fix for small sections not being highlighted when hovered over or selected from the left menu
- Tooltips are now available for items in the top right menubar.
- Guest user action actions alignments
- They will no longer be able to convert a comment into a task
- They will not be able to “Resolve” a comment thread
- Guest mode preview (Form builder) does no longer show calculated fields (As guest users will also not get to see them)
