🤖 MCP can create forms via AI agent prompting

🤖 AI usage tracking and model selection has been added to Nexus and UI when Ai chatbot (AI companion) is enabled
🐞 Most important bug fixes:
- Unsaved views did not store filter status
- Manual values set in forms are shared across all mappings
- Review – Bulk reject and approve would only apply to one item at a time
- Dashboard widget values could be inconsistent and would not auto renew
- Multiple phishing emails could be scheduled on the same day
