Getting Started with the User Groups Module in RESPONSUM

The User Groups module in RESPONSUM allows you to group users for more effective management and targeted training. By creating employee groups, you can run focused phishing campaigns, track eLearning progress, and easily identify weaker links within your organization. This guide will walk you through how to set up both manual and smart user groups.

Pre-requisites to Get Started

Before getting started with the User Groups module, ensure the following:

  1. User Permissions: Verify that you have the necessary permissions to access and configure user groups in RESPONSUM. Contact your administrator if required.
  2. User List: Have your employee list up-to-date in the system, as this will be crucial for creating groups and assigning employees.
  3. Clear Grouping Objectives: Identify the purpose of the groups you want to create. Will they be used for eLearning tracking or phishing campaigns?
  4. Smart Group Criteria: If creating Smart Groups, define the parameters or constraints that will dynamically group employees.

  4. Assign Employees to Groups: Select employees to add to Manual Groups or allow Smart Groups to populate based on constraints.
  5. Track and Manage Groups: Use these groups to manage eLearning progress or set up targeted phishing campaigns.
