We’ve been working on several enhancements to improve your experience! Here’s what’s new:
🆕 Improvements to “Recent changes”
- New progress indicator
- More options on a recent change item (Discard item and it now auto re-runs if failed)
⌨️ Inline editing on the overview page and as bulk actions
- In bulk make changes to properties and save them to all or selected items
- In bulk add new items
🧮 Inline suggestions – You can show a suggestion beneath a field based on an expression. Custom expression driven suggestion functions added
✔️ Relation based dropdown items can now be filtered based on expressions
🔋 Nesting of “Attribute” function is now supported (More powerful expressions)
🦋 A new “Visualize” option is available to show a visual format of the linked items to an item.
💭 Re-introduces missing suggestion actions from the suggestion overview in Action center and the full suggestions list
💽 Meta data revamp – You can now create “Custom” meta data lists
💬 When sharing an item, you can now add a personal share message that is added to the email notification
🚄 Performance improvements for scheduled jobs such as imports, recalculation of fields etc.
🎣 Improvements to phishing template generation and assignment based on your instructions
🐞 Bug fixes:
- Export current view would only export data on the first page
- Moving from a guest to a full user did not provide welcome email
- Duplicated form sub-sections stayed linked to mapped items and could not be deleted
- Pentest findings around backend Access management enforcement (and the bugs out of this change) have been resolved
- Some modules (Aosphere and Consent) still being shown to a new promoted user with no permissions
- “Next review due” field could not be hidden or moved
