We’ve been working on several enhancements to improve your experience! Here’s what’s new:
- Updates to the “Tasks” concept:
- Introduced “Task board” view also to guest users (Instead of having tasks shown as cards)
- Assessments get their own page now next to the task board
- Introduction of a “Task widget” (Shown bottom left) that allows to “activate” tasks to show them in the widget as being actively worked on. Opening the widget shows all tasks assigned to your user and allows navigation to the full task board.
- Related to items can more easily be clicked and the widget shows what item you are actively viewing
- Will be activated for all environments from 27/02/2026, if you want this activated sooner, reach out to support@responsum.eu
- Allows for other sub-modules with a “Status” field to be shown in a task board view (Ex. Data Subject Right Request)
- Taskboard cards have been re-designed to show info in a more readable way and properties can still be configured
- Introduced “Task board” view also to guest users (Instead of having tasks shown as cards)
- Improved page navigation throughout the application by “Stacking” pages over each other:
- Retains the location on the page you were before when navigating back
- List views are pre-loaded so they load in faster if they were loaded before
- Opening of relations does not open a new tab anymore, but opens on top of the page you were on
- All links can now be clicked (using command + click) to open them in a new tab if so desired
- Attribute() expression would return unusable “Type”, now it is an array and can be used again for subsequent expressions
- Bugfixes:
- Opening an item directly after another item could in some cases show the values of the previous opened item
- Fixed “Jumping” values in Excel import preview
- Search for org units will be reset after selection is made: “type-ahead” input in search stays after selecting a value
- Deadline field on trainings is updated to display the deadline color and add a tooltip to clarify the coloured dot
- Duplicating a dashboard wil now also duplicate it’s widgets
- Tooltips can be added again via the “Add translations” in “in detail customisation”
- Whitespaces for card views were discovered again and resolved again
- Org units with relations being merged into another org unit will now properly merge the relations to the selected “Parent”.
- Review interval values were exported as [Object Object]
- All search fields in the app were case sensitive, resulting in not always finding items if the casing was wrong
