We’ve been working on several enhancements to improve your experience! Here’s what’s new:
- General fixes and improvements including but not limited to:
- You can remove sub-modules again once they were added to a permission for a user, this was not possible anymore
- Rich text input could cut words in half in strange places
- In guest mode, some shared items could be shown in duplicate until an item was opened
- The “General details” section that was added to all sub-modules will be removed again (Field in it will be fixed and added to existing section)
- Promoted users with limited reader permissions could in some circumstances submit an assessment
- A duplicated item shows as being created by the user who did the duplication (Old history is not taken over)
- Review interval properly triggers a suggestion again
- Excel file with comments crashed an import using our excel importer.
- Assessment to assessment mappings can now have “Mapping conditions” allowing you to specify only specific cases in which the mapping should create a new assessment (Based on values in fields of the form)
- You can now (With an export configuration) select a specific form to see fields from and only export submissions for that specific form
- Risks now support self referencing (Parent child relations for risks)
- Bulk review is now available to bulk “Freeze”, “Approve” and “Reject” items selected
- “Organisational units” field is even further rolled-out to sub-modules across the app to allow for permissions to be granted based on organisational unit
