Release Notes V3.41.0

Release date: 11/12/2025

We’ve been working on several enhancements to improve your experience! Here’s what’s new:

  • General enhancements and bugfixes
  • You have the option to download a full exact Word (DOCX) export of an item or set of items (Bulk action). This export retains the order of fields (Both default and custom) for the export as displayed in the interface of the application.
  • Actions you can take on an item from the “View” page of that item are now bundled under a “Three dots” menu on the top right of your screen. This allows you to get more info on the action of the button and get a cleaner overview of all actions you can take on the item.
  • Versioning and review flows have been updated
    • Review status can be updated faster from the top left “Review status” indicator on “View pages”;
    • Version number can now be set yourself when a version is frozen;
    • More visual field “Next review due” to show the upcoming date for review;
    • Change notes can now be added for each version that is frozen.
  • A new “Ownership & Access” additional role has been made available (Settings >> User Management >> Ownership & Access). The “Notified on suggestion” additional role allows the user who is granted it to be informed when a new Suggestion was triggered (Provides in app Notification and Email if preferences are configured for this)
  • Updates to Awareness >> Trainings:
    • Cleanup of enrolment methods (Only kept “Mass enroll in material” and “Add automation” (To create a training schedule))
    • Visuals for “Calculated” fields have been improved (Ex. “Results” column now also shows actual score)
  • Trainings now have a “Source” (Manual or created via a schedule) and “Creator” field
