We’ve been working on several enhancements to improve your experience! Here’s what’s new:
- Recent changes menu can be enabled. This shows all changes made (including not saved “pending” changes) and stores unsaved entries on a per user basis for 24 hours;
- AD sync has been made more powerful with stackable “Initial permissions”. Each AD sync for the same user will append or revoke the set initial permissions specific to that AD sync. This allows for users to be in multiple AD groups and get permissions added or revoked based on the AD groups they are part off;
- Forms updates:
- It is now possible to map to “Justification” type fields to their counterparts in sub-modules;
- A visual indication is added to fields that are included in a mapping (So they are not removed by accident);
- Meta data “Merge” functionality is re-introduced in the earlier revamped “Meta data” view;
- Archived tasks are no longer shown on homepage and in the task menu dropdown;
- Suggestions are now properly removed when they were followed up (Task planned or item created);
- Phishing campaign results are improved;
- You can now receive notification for tasks assigned to your own user. This can be toggled on in Notification settings.
