We’ve been working on several enhancements to improve your experience! Here’s what’s new:
- Visual improvements and fixes:
- More contrast on view pages for borders of fields;
- Locations where text went out of boundaries have been been resolved;
- Task side panel scrolling over the section header was resolved;
- Action center “Event” markers are now shown on top of Milestones;
- Translation improvements:
- Justification field labels can be translated now from the main question “Add translations” menu within “My fields”;
- Section names can now be translated directly from the “My fields” page;
- Remaining suggested translations that still included “Custom-…” have been resolved;
- Linked items view will no longer include archived items in list and counters;
- Restriction is put in place to remove the last “Power user” of your environment (To prevent full access loss when cleaning up users);
- Card view improvements:
- Re-enabled the ability to set what property the “Card view” shows as “Title” of the card. Before this was fixed to the “Internal ID” property;
- Hidden sections in cards no longer show as “Empty boxes” and leave additional unused whitespace at the bottom of the card;
- Full alignment of the “See all properties” view on a card to the actual detail view (View/edit page) of the item linked (Properties and sections should be fully aligned);
- Notification settings are now more easily accessible from the “Avatar” menu in the top right of the interface;
- Forms can now get set a “default accountable” that will be applied to all assessments (Submissions) created/linked to that form;
- Assessments now have a “Collaborator” field that allows to set one or more users to complete the newly created assessment (submission);
- New “Hyperlink (URL)” field type is available in Form builder that can be mapped to URL type fields in the sub-modules;
- Tree view “drag and drop” for Controls, Organisational units etc. has been improved;
- Org unit selection is re-worked to make the behavior more clear. When only one organizational unit is available below the top level, you can select the individual one instead of the top level that would include all Organizational units added below it at a later date;
- Performance improvements by allowing for better handling of “Long running tasks” to prevent degraded performance at times of heavy load.
