We’ve been working on several enhancements to improve your experience! Here’s what’s new:
- You can now from a custom view on any overview page download an excel extract that contains the shown columns without the need to create an export configuration,
- Updates towards phishing campaign management and generation:
- Quality of the generated campaigns will be improved,
- Fix implemented for the phishing campaign overview page indicators,
- New parameter (Use a slightly altered version of the a co-worker email address? (Ex. letter different)) can be set next to the already available “Allow use of users in the same organizational unit to pretend mails come from them”. This additional parameter when set to “Yes” will use the email address of another target, but with slight alterations to make it more obvious that it does not originate from a colleague,
- Archived campaigns and attempts should no longer still try to send the foreseen phishing email,
- Results of one assessment can now be mapped to a new or existing other assessment. This allows for triggering new assessments based on answers on a previous assessment (Ex. Allow the user to log a processing activity and provide them an additional assessment for providing DPIA input when found required in the first assessment results),
- Often times, a menu can be quick to close if you navigate slightly of the menu item. We have now introduced the option to click the main menu for it to stay active to allow for easier navigation,
- Updates and fixes towards forms and assessments:
- Repeatable section inside another repeatable section mapping was corrected to allow for proper mapping of values,
- Calculation fields in repeatable sub-sections can now be mapped properly,
- Additions towards the API:
- The “Tenant key” (Technical name of a tenant) property has been added “Read-only” to “My organization” (Top level org),
- You can now retrieve the version history back of item,
- You can manage the review/validation of versions via the API (Freeze, approve, reject…),
- New endpoint has been added that generates a requested amount of UUID’s in our supported format.
