We’ve been working on several enhancements to improve your experience! Here’s what’s new:
- PDLC improvements:
- PDLC will now create a standard “expanded” (Full width) card when creating a new processing activity. This way all details of PDLC are directly visible when creating a new PA;
- For users who migrated from our 2.0 version, on request, we can execute an operation to consolidate the PDLC entries to have less seemingly empty processed data lifecycles;
- New pop-up notification/confirmation messages available and rolled out in more locations (Edit, Update and Create item confirmations);
- You can now create an IM system from the “AI register” page (“Utilises AI” is pre-filled “Yes”);
- Form builder – Long section titles are now wrapped properly instead of making the section menu really wide;
- Translation improvements:
- Fix for translations to populate the “key” as value in all instances for all languages;
- Save button in section is now “Sticky” (Stays always available even if you scroll down in a specific section);
- Organisational units in detail view now more clearly indicate the structure and location of the selected items in the “Tree”;
- Bulk actions now available on “Tree view” for org units;
- Excel import improvements:
- Bullet point separator is now available
- When only one tab is available, the first tab is selected
- RESPONSUM fields to map to are now searchable
- More parameters in emails that can be used (Such as tenant name, footer, logo and branding colors) >> Changes pending for template emails;
- Incident & Breach rework completed (Aligned questions, weights and calculation more towards the ENISA model);
- Export – Included toggle to either include archived items or leave them out completely;
- General – Archived relations are now shown greyed out (with more opacity) in the fields of related items;
- Custom fields – Dropdown and multi select custom field types now retains their options instead of clearing them;
- Learning – You can now delete a language and it’s content;
- Mitigations – Task field now available to actually link tasks (Instead of only seeing linked tasks);
- Back to overview buttons are removed from pop-up windows (To avoid strange possible redirects from within pop-ups);
- General styling and UX/UI improvements throughout the app.
