- General updates, fixes and improvements
- The login flow to RESPONSUM has been made uniform so that each type of user can use the same login flow by navigating to https://responsum.app/r
- Some styling improvements were applied to the earlier introduced “Cards view” for showing relational items.
- An “Internal ID” field has now been appended to all items in RESPONSUM.
- If you do not enter a value for the ID upon creation, it will be automatically generated.
- If you do enter a value, this will be your ID.
- The ID can also be altered afterwards from the “Meta data” section of the item.
- Prior “Related items” in the 2.0 version make their Re-entry as “Linked items”. You can now once again on an item click through to see and open all items linked to it.
- Under Settings >> My fields, full sections (including all sections below) can now be hidden with the press of a button.
- “Business rules” (Settings >> Customization >> Business rules) have a more broad spectrum of expressions (logic) that can be used to automatically hide fields within a sub-module.

- Automated and AI driven phishing campaigns engine is now fully available

- User default language can now be set upon creation of the user through the UI, Excel import and AD sync.
- Our assessment builder has received some updates:
- It is made clearer with a new sharing window on how to share forms (expecting multiple assessments to be created) and assessments (Expecting a single assessment to be filled and submitted),
- Text input fields can now be made bigger by selecting the “Multi-line” toggle,
- When creating a form, you can now preview it in the simplified view an end-user (Guest) would get to see it.
- Initial values can now be set for form fields
- A Select all/Deselect all button is now available for multiple select fields
- A bulk approve option has been added for assessments
- You can select one or more items on an assessment page and access the “Bulk approve” through the bulk actions menu.
