Release date: 21/11/2024
New features and enhancements
- General updates, fixes and improvements
- Custom assessment results are now available to create dashboard widgets from to visualize KPI’s
- Custom assessments have new field types that can be added in the forms:
- Date field to pick a date from a date selection pop-up
- Image field that allows you to embed an image into the form content
- “My fields” (Settings >> Setup) now shows the technical field name when expert mode (under your avatar) is on.
- This is mainly helpful for creating new forms and mappings to RESPONSUM sub-modules
- We have made a new way available to visualize relations to sub-modules on view and edit pages. Before this was a customizable table, now you will have “Cards” for each related item that directly give you access to a subset or a more clear view on the full item that is linked.
- Before, some information was not directly available, hence this new view.
- You can find this new view for example under a processing activity for the Processed Data Lifecycle (PDLC) section.
- Want to keep the old table view? You can via the “Customize view” button set to use the old view again:
- Our Curated AI add-on now next to the chat functionality also allows review of uploaded documents to RESPONSUM such as Privacy notices and DPA’s. Your file can on your request be uploaded to CuratedAI for review. You will get suggestions and feedback that you can apply directly and once done the updated file is stored within RESPONSUM.
- Items can now be publicly shared. Via the share button on any item, you will now be able to share an item publicly. This will provide you a URL that by default all users with a guest or full account for RESPONSUM can access.
- If you in addition enable our “Self registration” functionality and set domains to allow this self registration for (Settings >> Setup >> My Organization >> Top level Organizational unit >> Environment configuration), people will be able to follow the link, create a guest account and access the publicly shared item.
- The public access is thus not fully public, as we always require the user to register with First name, Last name and Email address before able to login and see the item.
- Public access can also be revoked again at any point for the item.
- Active Directory (AD) synchronization now for the users who came in through AD sync will be archived automatically when they are no longer found during a new AD sync.
- Users are Archived, so they can always be added again if they were archived incorrectly.
