New features and enhancements

• E-learning – now available again in 3.0
  • Guest users have a guest portal to follow the courses, regular users have a “My enrollments” page to follow the courses assigned.
  • Policies and SCORM packages are now supported as course materials to enrol guest users for
  • Status of completion for an enrolment (Course) for a user can now be seen from the overview page with a traffic light indication (Green = Completed and passed, Yellow = Pending but still before the deadline, Red = Failed OR Pending but deadline has passed)
• Risk matrix is visually improved and has direct links to risks linked with easy click through
• Improved “Share” pop-up for guest users that allows configuration of previous share actions on for the selected item (Revoke and change prior set shares)
• Owner fields in RESPONSUM now all refer to Guest users in the system (No more free text internal/external owner fields)
• Review status column shows a visual status now instead of plain text
• Threats & Vulnerabilities set for risks can now be accessed and updated directly from the “Risk” main menu
• Multi-select dropdown field type is now supported for custom fields
